Conference Attendees will need to park at the DEE EVENTS CENTER parking lot, and take a shuttle to the Shepherd Union Building. Because school is in session, there is NO parking available on main campus. The shuttles arrive approximately every 5 minutes and will get you to/from the conference quickly.
SHUTTLE SERVICE AND SCHEDULE
Shuttle Service runs ALL DAY, but we have requested additional capacity for our conference attendees during the peak times of the day. Extra shuttles will be available to minimize the time it takes to get to/from your car during the following times:
TUESDAY
MORNING: 6:45a thru 9:45a
AFTERNOON: 4:30p thru 6:30p
WEDNESDAY
MORNING: 7:30a thru 9:30a
AFTERNOON: 4:30p thru 6:30p
THURSDAY
MORNING: 7:30a thru 9:30a
AFTERNOON: 4:30p thru 6:30p
FRIDAY
MORNING: 7:30a thru 9:30a
AFTERNOON: 2:30p thru 5:30p
