Friends, networking, challenging our audience to learn new things. Coming up with new content and ideas that give our conference something unique.

Getting pelted on stage at Dixie with about 500 nerf darts while presenting. Opening the conference without notice at the WSU Wildcat theater with 700+ people. Heart was racing so fast and felt so proud of how we've grown.
