Code of Conduct

By attending SAINTCON, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct:

SAINTCON provides a forum for open discussion between participants. However, insulting or harassing other participants is unacceptable. We want SAINTCON to be a safe, productive and family friendly environment for everyone.

We do not condone harassment against any participant, for any reason. Harassment includes deliberate intimidation and targeting individuals in a manner that makes them feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or afraid.

We also do not condone any lewd, offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or overly offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior or content that contains obscene gestures, or racial, religious, gender, or ethnic slurs

In addition we prohibit possessing any illegal substance, including but not limited to narcotics, marijuana, or other illegal drugs. SAINTCON does not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances anywhere in the Venue.

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted at the convention center venue unless provided by the venue as part of a planned SAINTCON event or activity.

Participants asked to stop any behavior violating this code of conduct and are expected to comply immediately. We reserve the right to respond to violations in the manner we deem appropriate, including but not limited to expulsion without refund and referral to the relevant authorities.

This Code of Conduct applies to everyone participating at SAINTCON – from attendees and exhibitors to speakers, press, volunteers, staff, and committee members.

Anyone can report a violation of the code of conduct. If you witness a violation please contact a staff member or go to the Information Booth.

Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact local law enforcement, or otherwise in order to assist those attending SAINTCON to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
